We are looking for a full-time graphic designer to join our dynamic and bubbly team of 4 at our Burleigh Heads location. You will be responsible for our internal graphic design and branding, as well as bringing to life our client’s EDMs and other design related activities.

Working across both internal and external design activities, the ideal candidate will bring a plethora of design knowledge to the table and have the ability to apply their skills across various styles and branding. You will be using the Adobe Creative Suite to exercise creative work. Approximately 70% of daily duties will include email design work across automations and campaigns, with the other 30% of time dedicated to internal design related work such as company branded assets for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, images and banners for web, as well as designing digital products, and assisting with other marketing related tasks within the company.
You will be an all around team player who isn’t afraid to do what’s required to get the job done. The candidate must be willing to adapt and change priorities when needed, as well as be an all rounder and assist with some marketing tasks when needed.
The candidate must be able to work independently, evaluate priorities with ease, multi-task, and meet deadlines when under a tight schedule. The candidate is willing to constantly learn and expand their skillset as they grow with the company, as well as have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. (A must!)

- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign
- Experience using EDM software (Klaviyo) preferred but not essential (we will put you through extensive training of this platform)
- Marketing experience (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with online store platforms such as Shopify and Wordpress (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Adaptable - able to switch priorities when needed.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to produce high-quality and high-impact design work across a variety of mediums
- Effectively interpret design briefs and develop innovative ideas and concepts based on client needs (while staying within budget and time constraints)
- Ensure brand identity remains consistent across all digital and physical marketing assets
- Bonus points if you’ve got some other skills you can bring to the table such as video editing, photography skills etc.
